Kathy went out of her way to find us the exact home we were looking for. Not only by finding multiple options, but by sticking to what features we were looking such acreage. She was also by our side throughout the entire process of selling our existing house and the multitude of steps to be the next house. She set up the appraiser as well as the inspector. She was persistent in communications with the seller’s agent to resolve the many picky questions and concerns. Kathy didn’t stop until we were moving into our new house.
