Kathy is a wonderful realtor, I could not be happier with the help she gave us! We had an unusual situation with a Mobile Home on the property we purchased, and the sellers were not moving quickly enough to remove it. Kathy expressed to them the urgency of our situation, and expedited the  process. The sellers agent was quite unresponsive, yet she stayed on top of them to get what we needed. To anyone looking to buy a home in West Michigan I would highly recommend Kathy, she will work hard to get you into the home of your dreams!
