Kathy was a pleasure to work with. We were buying in MI while living in TN, and we had to do everything over phone/FaceTime. She gave us honest evaluations of homes, and called out areas of concern that wouldn’t be visible over video. She was extremely responsive to all of our questions, and has stated in touch after closing – just to make sure everything is perfect with the house. She provided great advice with the negotiation, and we were able to get the home we liked at a great price. Would absolutely work with Kathy again.
