Scott is a remarkable realtor but even more so a rock star relocation agent. Scott was always flexible with our schedule for showings and didn’t try to oversell a home. When we saw something wrong, he was honest and open about what could and couldn’t be done. He pointed out things in the home we ultimately chose that we could do ourselves to improve things like drainage. During the closing process he took care of things that we never would have thought of such as ordering a survey, checking on what utility bills were, etc. He brought in a builder and a pool person to answer questions we had about the property and to make changes once we move in.
