Scott West is an excellent agent! He is professional, knows the market, and extremely responsive. He helped us successfully navigate through contracting to build a new condo and the sale of our home right as the pandemic hit. Selling is stressful in good times, but during the pandemic everything felt unsure. Scott kept us calm and informed of the changing real estate landscape. His advice throughout the process was excellent. We received a great price for our house and sold within the window we were hoping to. Scott answered texts and calls promptly and always took our questions and concerns seriously. He is an empathetic person who cared for us as human beings throughout the process, it never felt transactional.
